Our Premium Service Policy is an end-to-end solution crafted to meticulously guide you through every step of your application and admission process:

Our Premium Package includes the following charges:
- University Application Fees Payable directly to the University.
- CSCA Test Preparation Course and Mock Test
- International Courier Charges (both sending and receiving documents)
- Aalokbortika Education’s Service Charge
What’s Not Included?
To ensure full transparency, the Premium Package excludes the following individual charges:
- CSCA Test fees
- Medical Checkup Charges
- Embassy Visa Fees
- Air Ticket Costs
- University Deposit (if required after issuing the pre-admission notice)
- Local Transport Charges during Airport Pickup
- Expenses payable upon university arrival, such as Medical & Health Insurance, Resident Permit fees, Dorm Deposit, Tuition fees, and Dormitory fees.
Our Payment Policy
We believe in a clear and structured payment process to ensure peace of mind:
- First Payment (File Opening):
- An application fee including CSCA Preparation Course & Mock Test Fees is required when opening your file.
- This Application Fees is fully refundable if Aalokbortika Education cannot confirm your admission while ( CSCA Preparation Course Fees is non Refundable.
- However, it is NOT refundable if students fail to provide proper documents, provide fraudulent documents, or refuse to proceed after admission has been confirmed.
- Second Payment (Pre-Admission Letter):
- Upon receiving your Pre-Admission Letter, you will need to pay the university deposit, if one is required by the institution.
- Third Payment (Service Charge):
- Our service charge becomes payable after you receive the scanned copy of your official JW202 form (Visa Application for Study in China).
